He knows what he wants

Sydney has become MR. INDEPENDENT lately. He likes to direct us to his wishes when it comes to eating and drinking. He attempts to sign MORE, which looks more like clapping. He attempts to rotate his hand/wrist to imitate DRINK or else, he'll just point and say "AAHHHH!" He seems to be confused with the sign for MILK lately; he often signs it while looking directly at Daddy so, we think that he is now trying to tell us that he is hungry. He points to the table and says a word that sounds a lot like THAT. When we pick up the wrong object, he shakes his head NO or else will motion NOT THAT with his hand and will try again. We've also noticed that he is swatting things away when we offer him something that he didn't want (i.e. when we attempted to offer him water instead of Squirt at a restaurant.)

Although sometimes a little on the stubborn side, this kid KNOWS what he wants! (And it is FINALLY getting to be a little easier to read his mind.)
