Sydney and Mommy sat at the table with crayons and paper. (Sydney now says PAPER as one of his new(er) words.) Oftentimes, he hands Mommy a crayon and motions for her to draw a picture (normally a fish or a baloon, but NOW he requests BIRDS, too... another new word this week) or specifies a letter.
Mommy can write the following letters - one at a time - for Sydney to identify: O, E, I, S, M, R and sometimes A. (He identifies them correctly much of the time.)
Mommy asked Sydney "Now what should Mommy write?"
He dictated the following sequence of letters for Mommy to write so, in theory, THIS is a letter (or bunch of letters) from Sydney:
