Sydney is 22 months old today!
Weighs around 25 pounds, fully clothed.
Still waiting for 2-year molars to appear.
Has had a recent WORD EXPLOSION this past month! He's an AWESOME COMMUNICATOR, despite having a limited vocabulary, and is VERY EXPRESSIVE. He is also extremely compassionate (and often SILLY).
He LOVES to rest his head on mommy's belly/belly button.
His new favorite things:
• HOUSE - building a house/structure for animals, cars or Sesame Street characters. Newest phase is asking for a DOOR, too.
• OEOEI - is Sydney's version of EIEIO, or his request to get out alphabet blocks or Sesame Street foam puzzle pieces. Earlier today, he was singing to the tune of ABC with the handful of letters that he knows.
• LETTERS - He can identify A, E, I, O, B, S, M, P, R. While we are stopped at stoplights, he is excited to look out the window and yell out any letters that he knows on signs. He also does it on boxes at the store or commercials on TV. He gets SO EXCITED that he knows some letters!
• HIDE! (Although, he isn't patient enough to stay covered under the sheet/blanket... he peeks early... or will come find YOU before you have the chance to find him!)
