Grandpa Guard is doing well in the hospital. He is scheduled to go home tomorrow (Tuesday 4/20) so, we'll be there to pick him up and take him home. (We plan to stay at his house - with him - for at least a few days until we know that he's got his feet on the ground, unless doctors recommend that we stay longer.) We'll learn more tomorrow afternoon with his discharge instructions.
Grandpa will be coming home with a catheter because they discovered that (for some reason) his bladder is not emptying fully. Then, we'll take him in next week to have it removed. Other than that, he is doing very well, but will still needs plenty of rest to heal and recover.
Bishop will be excited to see him again. Although, he'll be disappointed that "that baby" is there, too.
