Photographing Frankenstein

Watching a child learn to walk can be described as a scene from Frankenstein. Sydney marches proudly across the room with carefully calculated steps and his arms out straight in front of him while smiling from ear-to-ear. (There is also an increase in scratches, bumps and bruises to go along with it.)

I've told Mike a few times that I wanted to make sure to catch a picture of him walking like that because sooner or later, he will master the art of walking and will no longer feel the need to steady himself with his arms in zombie-mode. Unfortunately, with the 3-second delay of digital cameras, I have been struggling to document such actions.

Needless to say, with or without photos, he sure is one cute little boy and we love him dearly!
